Grow your own mushrooms with Fountain House Gallery & Smallhold!

You’ll be outfitted with all of the materials to start growing after a hands-on demonstration led by Smallhold’s Head of Research & Development, Louis Vassar Semanchik. You’ll learn how substrate is produced, how mushrooms work, a little of what goes into setting up a full scale urban mushroom farm - and more!

Smallhold 'Mushbuckets' will be drilled and filled with mushroom substrate (SMS) and ready for you to decorate. All you have to do is mist the holes a few times a day!
